1st Day of Fitness Boot Camp! Yeah!

It's 7am and I am so excited about starting the boot camp today. Looking forward to a fun time. Gonna drop that body fat percentage by 5%! Wanna bring my energy level up and get that
"bouncy" vibe back. Also looking forward to helping others get motivated and reach their goals!

Here's 5 Quick Lessons/Tips to Health and Fitness Success

Lesson/Tip #5: Have a "There are no limits" mindset. Do not set any limits to what you are capable of. Pursue health and a fit life style. The skies the limit. Take it to the extreme! Body, mind, spirit, soul, psyche, emotion....THERE NO LIMITS TO THE HUMAN SPIRIT!

Lesson/Tip #4: Know what you want. Know what you want right now! AND...know what we want after that. What is your goal with this boot camp? and beyond that...? Why is that goal important to you? have you raised the "bar" high enough to challenge you, yet realistic enough to be believably achievable? Imagine if you could reach a level of health and fitness that was beyond possibility. You can. You just need to create it. Set that Goal! And have a 'take no prisoners' attitude! Be specific and that thing will come--but only if you can feel it deep inside. If you want incredible health, know what it means to you and feel it inside.

Lesson/Tip #3: Find a mentor (or a few!). Surround yourself with the right support team. Choose your health and fitness teachers wisely and reach for the top. Don't listen when the over-weight, lazy guy on the coach tells you what you should eat. :-)

Lesson/Tip #2: KNOW it will happen. One thing that has been constant in my life is that I always knew something big will happen. If you know your health will be awesome, it will.

Lesson/Tip#1: Repetition creates vibration and vibration creates results. There are books and movies that I have watched over and over again! In martial arts, there are drills that I do over and over and over....! My goal is to make sure that I "get" and apply everything to get the results set out to get--massive success -- and, if I don't get the results I want, then I will learn the lesson that I need! If you want massive success in your health and fitness...and life -- learn, learn, learn and repeat, repeat, repeat!
